Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders to capture core business objectives.
Analyze and map out current processes while spotting smart opportunities for improvement.
Develop robust business cases that clearly outline costs, expected benefits, and potential risks.
Write detailed functional specifications, precise use cases, and clear user stories for implementation.
Collaborate closely with IT and business units to ensure every solution is fully aligned.
Conduct thorough impact analysis for any proposed changes and system enhancements.
Support testing and quality assurance cycles to validate that business requirements are fully met.
Prepare engaging training materials and lead end-user training sessions.
Act as the vital liaison connecting end-users, technical teams, and external consultants.
Consolidate complex findings into clear documentation that drives confident decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or a closely related field.
At least 10 years working as a Business Analyst in complex, fast-paced environments.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process analysis and re-engineering.
At least 5 years writing requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Minimum 5 years working inside Agile project frameworks.
Strong political acumen paired with sharp critical thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and a natural talent for building client relationships.
