You will jump straight into client conversations to grasp their core objectives, daily operations, and biggest hurdles. Your goal is simple yet impactful: spot where data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence create tangible value, then translate those insights into clear requirements that solution architects and developers can build.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead engaging workshops and interviews with everyone from frontline staff to executive leaders. Mapping out current workflows and pinpointing operational bottlenecks will be a regular part of your routine. You will turn discovery sessions into comprehensive process maps, user stories, and technical requirements.
