Overview

As a Business Analyst on our Business Technology team, you will act as a bridge between corporate stakeholders and technical solutions. You will analyze existing processes, spot bottlenecks, and design smarter ways of working. Because we are growing fast, your curiosity and drive to innovate will play a huge role in keeping our internal operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal corporate stakeholder groups to understand their daily workflows and operational challenges.
Design and implement technology solutions that reduce manual effort and automate repetitive tasks.
Leverage AI forward approaches to modernize internal processes and boost team productivity.
Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and collaborate with developers to deliver results.
Document existing workflows and create training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new tools.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar technology enablement role.
Strong intellectual curiosity with a genuine passion for emerging technologies and artificial intelligence.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical users.
A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
