Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the design and development of innovative insurance products and technological solutions, addressing core inefficiencies in the P&C market.
Drive projects from conception through to launch, demonstrating end-to-end ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
Analyze complex industry problems, identify root causes, and engineer elegant, scalable solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, technology, and operations teams to align product strategy with business goals.

Requirements

Proven track record of building and launching successful products or solutions, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
