The Role

As a Brewing Process Operator, your primary mission is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our specialized brewing equipment. You will play a critical role in maintaining process integrity and achieving optimal production targets. You will be expected to leverage your technical expertise to monitor trends, solve problems using structured methodologies like the 5 WHYs, and maintain rigorous standards of autonomous operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Manage PIMS and POMS, taking proactive corrective action on negative trends.
Problem Solving: Utilize QFRs and collaborative 5 WHY analysis to drive process improvements.
Maintenance: Conduct essential autonomous operations, including cleaning, inspection, tagging, and minor repairs.
Administration: Maintain accurate tracking and monitoring documentation at operator workstations and contribute to team room administration.

Who You Are

We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of technical proficiency and the right mindset:

Qualifications: A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience within a Brewing or FMCG manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Attributes: You are hardworking, honest, self-motivated, and a team player. You possess high integrity, strong attention to detail, and are not afraid to dream big.
Flexibility: The ability to work comfortably in shift rotations is essential.
