The Key Purpose of the Role
The Brewing Process Artisan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous efficiency of brewing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing the plant and all associated machinery. Your goal will be to maximize plant availability, minimize downtime, and ensure the highest standards of product quality.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation & Optimization: Operate machinery and equipment efficiently while continuously optimizing production performance and brewing processes.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform proactive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair plant devices to guarantee seamless operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment, adhering strictly to occupational safety standards.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with team members and actively participate in shift meetings, contributing valuable suggestions and asking questions to improve operations.
- VPO Implementation: React promptly to operational results using the Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) tools supplied.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep accurate action logs to record operational issues, identify problems, and suggest actionable improvement opportunities.
- Effective Handover: Ensure complete and thorough shift handovers to incoming team members, detailing plant performance, maintenance updates, and quality reports.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Education: Minimum of B.Sc., HND, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Brewing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and data tracking.
