Mercor connects top tier creative and technical professionals with leading AI labs. We are seeking a sharp Brand Strategist to evaluate and refine AI generated marketing work. You will work independently on your own schedule, applying your expert eye to real world brand deliverables and helping machine learning models understand what great marketing actually looks like.

Key Responsibilities

Design precise and task specific grading criteria for marketing deliverables such as creative briefs, campaign concepts, and brand positioning frameworks.
Score AI generated and human work samples against your standards while writing detailed justifications for every single score.
Apply consistent and evidence based judgment to ensure your evaluations remain reproducible and defensible.
Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate rapidly on your assignments.
Manage your own time effectively to meet deadlines asynchronously while directly improving AI model performance.

Requirements

Bring at least five years of professional experience working in marketing or advertising.
Possess a strong background as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at top tier global agencies, or hold senior brand marketing experience at notable companies.
Excel at working independently in a fully remote and worldwide environment.
