Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive on-site assessments for leading brands in hospitality, food service, hotels, and long-term care facilities.
Deliver actionable coaching and teaching moments that empower client teams to maintain the highest standards of brand protection.
Evaluate critical areas including food safety, guest experience, public health, workplace safety, and product quality.
Collaborate closely with clients to develop practical solutions that drive continuous operational improvement and business growth.

Requirements

Proven professional experience in brand standards, food safety, public health, or hospitality operations.
Strong communication and coaching skills with a natural ability to educate and inspire diverse teams.
Ability to travel for on-site client visits as required by the nature of comprehensive assessments.
A proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating clean, safe, and healthy environments.
