Role Overview

As our Brand and Communication Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our public image, driving marketing campaigns, and reinforcing our position as a leader in the Nigerian real estate sector. You will be responsible for harmonizing our brand strategy, managing corporate communications, and executing engaging campaigns that resonate with both individual and corporate investors.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and maintain our overall brand strategy, conduct brand audits, ensure cross-channel consistency, and define comprehensive brand guidelines.
Marketing & Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, collaborate with design agencies, and track campaign performance (ROI, reach, and lead generation).
Corporate Communication & PR: Implement communication strategies, draft press releases and newsletters, manage relationships with media outlets, and handle public relations activities to protect and enhance our corporate reputation.
Content Creation & Management: Oversee content strategy, produce compelling storytelling for product launches, and manage messaging across websites, blogs, and marketing collateral.
Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research on competitor activities and customer behavior, monitor brand sentiment, and provide actionable insights to management.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and manage corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and internal initiatives that promote company culture.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communication.
Strong understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and strategic communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation platforms.
A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
