The Role

As the Branch Operations & Business Development Manager, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our organization. Your primary focus will be to bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day operational success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that our branch performance consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by proactively identifying and securing new client partnerships.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet and surpass sales and revenue targets.
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficiency.
Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential corporate clients.
Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle to close new business opportunities.
Provide regular, detailed sales reports, market forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in business operations and a track record of sales success. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (a postgraduate degree is highly preferred).
5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or branch management.
Deep industry knowledge gained from previous roles in travel, aviation, hospitality, or related service sectors.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams or supervising branch operations.
