We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic professional to join our team as a Blitzer on a temporary basis. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to corporate business development and network within some of the most vibrant commercial hubs in Lagos.

The Role

As a Blitzer, you will serve as the boots-on-the-ground representative for our firm. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach by physically engaging with target businesses to introduce our suite of management and HR consulting services. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Outreach: Navigate and visit key businesses across primary commercial hubs in Lagos.
Document Delivery: Represent our brand by delivering official business development letters, proposals, and brochures to prospective clients.
Intelligence Gathering: Interact professionally with gatekeepers and front-desk staff to identify and document contact information for key decision-makers, including CEOs, MDs, and HR Directors.
Digital Reporting: Utilize a GPS-enabled smartphone app to provide real-time updates on your daily location and progress.

Requirements

Educational Background: A minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in field sales, customer-facing roles, or direct marketing is highly desirable.
Local Expertise: Deep familiarity with Lagos geography, particularly business districts such as Ikeja, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, and Marina.
Tech Competency: You must own and be proficient with an internet-enabled smartphone.
Professional Traits: Exceptional verbal communication skills, a confident demeanor in corporate settings, and the physical stamina required for field operations.
