Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of bioinformaticians and data scientists working on breakthrough oncology solutions.
Drive the design, development, and validation of innovative diagnostic tests using advanced ctDNA and DNA methylation data.
Build, optimize, and refine analysis pipelines to accurately detect cancer-associated variants and establish robust quality control standards.
Serve as the technical voice for your team in cross-functional strategy meetings spanning biostatistics, molecular biology, software engineering, and commercial operations.
Guide complex products seamlessly through every stage of their lifecycle, taking them from early research all the way to commercial launch.

Requirements

Strong academic and professional background in bioinformatics, data science, computational biology, or a closely related quantitative field.
Proven hands-on experience in analyzing or modeling complex DNA methylation data or related genomic datasets.
Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and leading high-stakes product development projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate intricate computational concepts for diverse audiences.
