Overview

As part of our dynamic sales team, you will focus on expanding Toast's footprint within Mandarin cuisine restaurants. You will use your consultative sales skills to turn inbound interest into lasting partnerships. By providing a seamless, language-inclusive experience, you will show restaurant owners how our platform simplifies daily operations, boosts sales, and keeps staff smiling.

Key Responsibilities

Following up on marketing qualified leads specifically within the Mandarin-speaking market you support.
Conducting in-depth discovery calls and engaging product demonstrations in your customer's preferred language.
Creating, reviewing, and finalizing quotes and contracts while communicating clearly in Mandarin.
Building genuine, trusted relationships with restaurateurs and generating new opportunities through referrals.

Requirements

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably within tech, SaaS, or the restaurant industry.
A strong passion for consultative selling and helping small business owners succeed.
