This fully remote position places you at the heart of our operations, overseeing critical facility functions. As a Bilingual Facility Manager, you will be instrumental in managing budgets, ensuring exceptional service delivery, leading vital projects, and fostering robust client relationships, all while leveraging your fluency in both English and French across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

Oversee daily operations and comprehensive budget management for assigned facilities, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Drive superior service delivery, upholding BGIS's high standards and exceeding client expectations.
Lead and manage various facility-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Facilitate clear and effective communication in both English and French with diverse stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams across different regions.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated professional who brings:

Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar operational management role.
Absolute fluency in both English and French, written and verbal, enabling seamless communication with our diverse global clientele and teams.
Strong capabilities in operations and budget management, demonstrating a track record of fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.
Demonstrated success in service delivery management and client relationship cultivation.
Solid project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
