This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to work asynchronously across borders while helping us solve complex global employment challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day benefits operations across various EMEA countries to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Collaborate with local brokers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize employee benefit packages.
Ensure local compliance with statutory and voluntary benefit regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline operational workflows and improve the employee experience.
Resolve escalated employee inquiries regarding benefit enrollments, claims, and policy interpretations.

Requirements

Proven experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field within the EMEA region.
Deep understanding of regional compliance, statutory requirements, and market trends in employee benefits.
Strong problem-solving skills and a high comfort level with asynchronous communication.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for integrating automation and artificial intelligence into everyday HR processes.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
