Key Responsibilities

Collaborate extensively with product, design, and fellow engineering teams to successfully implement product and business strategies.
Engineer novel products and features designed to captivate and serve our diverse user base.
Engage throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from initial technical design and hands-on development to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Drive significant technical and product strategy within your domain.
Ensure operational excellence and maintain high architectural standards for critical systems.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, ideally working on large scale, high traffic web applications or services.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or similar, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
Excellent problem solving abilities and a meticulous approach to software development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a cross functional environment.
