As a Backend Engineer focused on AI Agent Systems, you will own the inference and orchestration layer sitting right between powerful models and our users. Key Responsibilities
- Build and operate scalable backend systems that serve AI-powered features directly in production.
- Design resilient inference pipelines and orchestration layers that can handle multi-step reasoning.

Requirements
- Proven software engineering experience building and scaling production backend systems.
- Strong background in working with LLMs, inference pipelines, or agentic orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of how to manage latency, rate limits, and non-deterministic model outputs.
- Comfort writing clean, maintainable code in modern backend languages and environments.
- A passion for solving hard distributed systems problems and creating delightful user experiences.
