Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and refine how their services are measured for performance and reliability.
Lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our critical B2B services.
Leverage insights gleaned from production environments to develop sophisticated automation and agentic tooling. This will proactively enhance global reliability.
Utilize agentic development tools as an integral part of your daily workflow, accelerating problem solving, deeper investigation, and amplifying your impact across the organization.
Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes to learn from outages and prevent future occurrences.
Advocate for and implement best practices in areas such as observability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

Significant experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role focused on large-scale B2B SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to partner with diverse engineering teams, influencing architectural decisions and driving reliability improvements.
Demonstrated expertise with agentic development tools and a strong desire to embed them into daily practice for enhanced productivity and problem-solving.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Ruby) for automation and tool development.
Extensive experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).
Strong grasp of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to complex system debugging and incident resolution.
A commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential reliability issues.
