Overview
This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity giving you the freedom to work independently and asynchronously from anywhere on the globe. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating and refining AI-generated sales deliverables, ensuring that machine learning models learn from the absolute best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design precise grading criteria for real-world sales deliverables such as prospecting sequences and targeted outreach emails.
- Score both artificial intelligence and human work samples while providing detailed written justifications for your decisions.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to guarantee reproducible and defensible scoring outcomes.
- Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate rapidly on your evaluation methods.
- Work completely independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and continuously improve evaluation processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying roles.
- Solid background as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative selling solutions into large enterprise organizations.
- Deep fluency in outbound prospecting, discovery calls, deal management, and structured sales methodologies.
- Exceptional written communication skills to articulate clear and constructive feedback on sales work samples.
