Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with local radiology practices and their leadership teams to identify unique clinical and operational needs.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of employment contracts and professional services agreements.
Develop innovative legal solutions to support the rapid growth and expansion of our nationwide network.
Help design and implement scalable systems to deliver exceptional legal services efficiently across the entire organization.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in good standing.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare law, corporate transactions, or drafting complex commercial agreements.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trusted relationships with executive clients.
Exceptional problem solving abilities and a passion for working in a fast paced, physician led environment.
