Genuine Parts Company is seeking a talented and dedicated Autotech Training Content Developer to design and deliver exceptional training solutions for our valued wholesale customers, including AutoCare, Major Accounts, and Independent repair shops. Your work will directly enhance customer experience, strengthen relationships, and boost sales by providing top-tier education focused on product knowledge, equipment operation, and comprehensive technical skills spanning automotive, truck, tools, and specialized equipment. Key Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will include:

Develop high quality, engaging training content across various formats, such as e-learning modules, instructional videos, and presentations, specifically for wholesale customers.
Focus content on critical areas like product knowledge, safe and effective equipment operation, and advanced technical skills in automotive, truck, tools, and specialized equipment.
Ensure all training materials are effective in knowledge and skill transfer, consistently driving tangible business outcomes.
Manage content development projects from inception to completion, making sure delivery happens on time and within budget.
Craft compelling communications to promote training programs and report on their success to Autotech managers and participants.
Continuously evaluate content effectiveness, integrating feedback and industry trends to keep our training cutting edge and relevant.
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather accurate and up to date information for all training materials.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in training content development, ideally within the automotive, heavy duty truck, or equipment industries.
A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
