About the Role

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a closely related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics.
Communication Protocols: Familiarity with industrial standards such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP.
Safety Mindset: Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and HSE requirements.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and project execution experience.

Possessing relevant professional certifications in PLCs or SCADA platforms will be considered a significant advantage.
