We are launching a brand new automation squad to build LLM-powered agents and smart workflows that handle quota approvals, billing ops, and infrastructure updates without human fatigue. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to scaling our support infrastructure as our global customer base expands rapidly. Instead of drowning in tickets, you will design the intelligent pipelines and automated agents that keep our AI cloud platform running smoothly. You get to solve real operational bottlenecks using cutting-edge technology alongside a group of passionate engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy LLM-powered agents to autonomously resolve tier-one customer service inquiries.
Build robust integrations connecting our support platforms, billing systems, and internal cloud infrastructure.
Analyze support workflows to identify repetitive manual tasks ripe for automation.
Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve existing automation pipelines to ensure high reliability.
Collaborate closely with support leads and infrastructure engineers to turn operational needs into code.

Requirements

Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python or similar modern programming languages.
Demonstrated experience building automated workflows, APIs, or event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with large language models and practical experience integrating AI APIs into production systems.
An obsessive curiosity about scaling operations and eliminating friction through software.
Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, fast-paced global remote environment.
