Overview

This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity for a full-time Automation and AI Developer working forty hours a week with required overlap during US Pacific Time hours. You will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on builder. Your days will involve looking at how businesses operate, spotting friction, and designing scalable architectures that combine modern AI tools with reliable automation platforms. Because this is a client facing position, your ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical folks is just as important as your coding skills.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business operations and identify automation opportunities
Define clear automation hypotheses and expected outcomes
Design scalable AI and automation architectures
Present recommendations to stakeholders
Build end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier or Make
Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into daily workflows
Test, deploy, and optimize automation systems continuously
Create reusable templates for future projects

Requirements

You should have proven experience building automations and integrating AI into business workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, and leading language models. Strong communication skills are a must since you will be presenting solutions directly to clients and training teams to run systems on their own. You also need the discipline to manage your own schedule remotely while maintaining consistent overlap with US Pacific Time business hours.
