Key Responsibilities

Provide expert design and drafting support to develop, complete, and update large, complex assembly models and detailed technical drawings.
Translate conceptual designs and engineering specifications into accurate, production-ready AutoCAD schematics and layouts.
Ensure all drawings adhere to established industry standards, ManTech's internal guidelines, and Department of Defense specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate design feedback and implement necessary revisions efficiently.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all design changes, revisions, and project files.
Support the creation and modification of existing designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
Participate in design reviews, offering insights and contributing to problem-solving discussions.

Requirements

Active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex assembly models and technical drawings.
Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD software, including 2D and 3D drafting capabilities.
Solid understanding of drafting standards, engineering principles, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate engineering designs, sketches, and verbal instructions into precise technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
Strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
