About the Role

You will play a vital role in making sure hearing care professionals and customers get the exact guidance they need to succeed.
Overview
As part of our support network, you will become an expert resource for hearing aid fitting assistance. People rely on our devices every single day. When they run into software glitches or need help navigating complex programming interfaces, you will be the person who steps in to save the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical and audiological support for current and discontinued product lines.
- Answer complex hearing aid fitting questions and troubleshoot software or hardware issues across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management, Research and Development, Software Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Identify and report software or product discrepancies to local and global teams while helping drive fast resolutions.
Requirements
- Strong background in audiology or hearing aid fitting technology.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with various programming interfaces and software platforms.
- Excellent communication abilities to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering stellar customer experiences.
