Role Overview
This is administrative work with real ownership. While your broker focuses on high level client strategy, credit advice, and relationship building, you will manage the vital workflow that keeps everything moving forward seamlessly. You will handle document collection, CRM updates, client follow ups, and pipeline reporting to ensure the right things happen at the exact right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end loan application workflows and ensure timely document collection from clients.
- Keep CRM records accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with internal standards.
- Coordinate proactively with lenders, aggregators, and clients to resolve pending items quickly.
- Support settlement coordination and track loan progression through to final approval.
- Prepare accurate pipeline reports to give brokers clear visibility over active files.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, or administrative support is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast paced remote environment.
