Key Responsibilities

You will take the helm in strategically implementing complex government programs and contracts. Your daily work involves managing a diverse portfolio of transformational initiatives while guiding executive program leads. By partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will navigate smooth transitions in and out of active contracts and handle crucial change orders with grace and precision.

Requirements

Because this role involves sensitive Department of Defense contracts, certain guidelines apply. You must be a United States citizen and successfully receive interim approval for a government security clearance through the National Background Investigation Service. Please note that we are unable to hire candidates currently living in Puerto Rico due to specific contract stipulations. Candidates need a bachelor degree alongside fifteen robust years of leadership experience in health plan management. You should also bring five years of specialized experience working with the government as a client and navigating government contracting reporting requirements.
