As an Associate Solution Engineer specializing in SaaS Conversions, you step into a pivotal, high visibility role centered on Epicor Kinetic. You will work closely with customer account managers, cloud architects, and clients to help manufacturers modernize their tech stacks. This is an exciting, fully remote opportunity open worldwide, offering you the chance to make an immediate impact from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day involves solving technical roadblocks, guiding customer conversations, and coordinating complex software transitions.

Partner with Customer Account Managers and clients to evaluate technical scope, cloud readiness, and migration risks.
Provision customers with the Analyzer diagnostic tool and review the outputs with them to uncover risk areas early.
Assess legacy Custom Solutions Group and Technical Solutions Group customizations to validate their cloud compatibility.
Collaborate alongside consulting professionals and account reps to help build accurate, workable Statements of Work.
Provide detailed and organized project handoffs to Consulting Services so implementation teams can hit the ground running.
Articulate the strategic advantages and architectural value of moving to Epicor Kinetic in the cloud.

Requirements

We are seeking someone with curiosity, strong technical acumen, and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed.

Foundational experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, software support, or business applications.
Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, cloud migration pathways, or SaaS operational models.
Ability to translate technical evaluations into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with an eye for spotting compatibility roadblocks before they cause delays.
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Comfort working independently and managing multiple project workflows in an international remote setting.
