Overview
As an Associate Program Manager, you will be a central figure in our Government Contracts division, focusing on the critical area of Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services. You will ensure excellent service delivery, efficient issue resolution, meticulous organization, clear communication, and robust cross-functional collaboration. This role involves serving members who are typically high-acuity, requiring adherence to strict contract requirements, navigating significant financial considerations, and operating under federal oversight. Your ability to think independently, solve problems, and leverage data will be paramount in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective delivery of services to high-acuity members receiving private duty nursing (PDN) services.
- Lead efforts in issue resolution, maintaining a sharp focus on detailed reporting and tracking mechanisms.
- Drive organizational efficiency and foster clear, consistent communication across various stakeholders.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Coordinate seamlessly with service providers, Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM) teams, network finance, and other critical departments.
- Assimilate and communicate complex information from diverse sources to guarantee effective service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, independent thinking approach.
- Excellent coordination skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decisions and drive performance improvements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Competence in creating and utilizing various tracking mechanisms and reporting tools.
- Basic to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with healthcare-related systems such as claims processing, encounter management, or case management platforms.
- While prior subject matter knowledge in private duty nursing is helpful, strong transferable skills in problem-solving and coordination are considered more critical.
