Overview

Best Egg is searching for a dedicated and meticulous Associate Product Operations Manager. This crucial role supports our Product organization in significantly enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and ensuring consistency throughout our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). You will collaborate closely with, and receive direction from, the Senior Product Operations Manager and our Product Leadership team. Your day-to-day will involve executing the tactical efforts that ensure our Product Operating Model functions seamlessly. Simultaneously, you will build valuable experience and judgment, preparing you to take on greater ownership and strategic responsibilities over time. This is a fully remote position, open to talented candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Align: You will work hand-in-hand with Product Leadership, the Senior Product Operations Manager, Product Managers, and various cross-functional business partners. Your goal is to help ensure that product work is clearly understood by all stakeholders, decisions are communicated effectively across teams, and everyone remains aligned on priorities, dependencies, and readiness for execution.
Enable: A core part of your mission involves equipping our product teams with the necessary resources and support to complete both routine and strategic tasks as efficiently as possible. This includes supporting key processes, meticulously maintaining tools and workflows, and bringing valuable structure to how work is prepared, reviewed, and tracked from beginning to end.
Improve: You will play a vital role in supporting the continuous, iterative improvement of how our teams operate. This involves identifying areas for enhancement, assisting in the implementation of new practices, and contributing to a culture of ongoing refinement within the product development process.
