Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of complex, scalable fullstack JavaScript applications.
Drive technical vision and strategy across multiple product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Set and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and security across the full technology stack.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and approaches to keep our systems at the forefront of innovation.
Act as a principal individual contributor on critical projects, solving the most challenging technical problems.
Champion best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD, and observability.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience as a fullstack JavaScript engineer, demonstrating leadership and significant technical impact.
Deep expertise across the JavaScript ecosystem, including Node.js for backend development and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for the frontend.
Proven ability to design, build, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and performant distributed systems.
Strong command of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices for cloud-native applications.
Experience with various database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, and strong understanding of data modeling.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges and driving them to resolution.
