As part of our support crew, you will help our enterprise customers navigate complex technical landscapes and solve fascinating problems every single day. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that lets you work with brilliant engineers from over 75 countries.

Key Responsibilities

You will dive deep into troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our global enterprise clients. Your daily work involves diagnosing kernel panics, network bottlenecks, storage failures, and application performance bottlenecks. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to triage bugs and contribute patches upstream. Documenting troubleshooting steps and building knowledge base articles for the wider community will also take up a portion of your time. Above all, you will maintain clear, empathetic communication with customers who rely on Ubuntu for their critical business operations.

Requirements

We are looking for hands-on technical talent with a genuine passion for Linux. You should have a solid understanding of operating system fundamentals, networking protocols, and system administration tasks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is a strong plus. Strong troubleshooting methodology matters far more to us than knowing every command by heart. Because we work across borders, fluent written and spoken English skills are essential for collaborating with teammates and clients alike.
