Overview

As an Associate III in Sales and Support, you act as a vital ambassador for St. Jude. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while connecting with a nationwide network of generous donors, volunteers, event participants, and community partners. Your main goal is to deliver an exceptional experience to everyone who supports our cause.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with supporters through phone calls, emails, live chat, text messaging, and social media channels.
Build and nurture long term relationships with donors and community partners to encourage continued support.
Provide top tier customer service and support for various fundraising events and initiatives.
Listen to donor needs and share compelling stories about the impact of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Collaborate with team members to optimize communication strategies and improve donor retention.

Requirements
