Overview

As our Associate Director, you will drive membership and savings growth for our ACO business across designated markets. You will act as a consultative expert, helping independent primary care practices navigate government value-based care contracts. Your efforts will directly shape healthcare access and quality in new and existing regions. Please note that while this role is remote, candidates should be based in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama, and be ready for regular travel across the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to execute go-to-market strategies and build tailored territory plans.
Forge new relationships with independent primary care providers to fuel market expansion.
Recruit and onboard physician practices into our comprehensive ACO programs.
Achieve and surpass annual membership and savings growth targets.
Serve as a trusted advisor on value-based care models and operational integration.

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you bring a proven track record in healthcare sales or business development, specifically within ACOs or value-based care. You should possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of primary care operations, and the ability to travel frequently.
