In this remote role, you will bridge the gap between high level external stakeholders and our internal product, data, and operations teams. You will turn complex analytics into crystal clear growth strategies, ensuring our principal partners achieve massive success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, nurture, and strategically expand relationships with our largest and most valuable Home Service Professional partners.
Act as the primary trusted advisor, delivering data driven insights and operational guidance to optimize partner performance.
Translate complex performance datasets into practical, actionable recommendations that accelerate partner revenue and retention.
Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to align platform capabilities with the evolving needs of our enterprise partners.
Lead strategic planning sessions to forecast growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing high value enterprise partnerships or client accounts in a fast paced digital environment.
Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into compelling business strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing executive level stakeholders.
Ability to thrive independently in a fully remote, globally distributed work environment.
