Associate Director, Paid Search B2B

Overview

If you love getting your hands dirty in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads while leading strategy for massive B2B accounts, we need to talk. At Wpromote, our B2B Paid Search team is expanding, and we are looking for an Associate Director who wants to stay connected to the work. This is a senior individual contributor position where you will manage a portfolio of three to five clients. You will be the main point of contact for high stakes client conversations while actively building and optimizing campaigns. You will also mentor analysts and managers supporting your accounts, though you will not have direct reports. If your favorite part of marketing is still the strategy and execution, this role is built for you.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overarching paid search strategy and daily platform execution for a portfolio of growth stage and enterprise B2B clients.
• Think beyond simple form fills by focusing on full funnel pipeline, CRM data integration, and long sales cycles with multiple buying committees.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor for your client relationships.
• Guide, mentor, and upskill analysts and managers working alongside you on your accounts.
• Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise paid search campaigns within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, including CRM attribution, long sales cycles, and pipeline generation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex strategies clearly.
• A passion for staying hands-on in the platforms rather than stepping away from campaign execution.
• Strong mentorship skills with a desire to support the career growth of junior team members.
