Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with a dedicated customer base.

- Coordinate seamlessly across sales, presales, services, and channel teams to execute success strategies at scale.
- Analyze customer environments, entitlements, and onboarding needs to shape the solution lifecycle.
- Serve as a licensing and entitlement expert across multiple technology families.
- Leverage standard tools, templates, and resources independently while sharing valuable insights with the broader team.
Requirements
- Proven background in customer success, account management, or technical support within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of software licensing, entitlements, and technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
