Overview
As part of our clinical operations team, you will take charge of data management leadership across various studies. Whether you are managing complex multi site trials or working on fast paced timelines, your organizational skills will shine. You will mentor junior staff, oversee project documentation, and ensure every data validation process runs smoothly and aligns with top tier quality expectations and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead diverse clinical studies encompassing healthy volunteer and patient populations across multiple global sites.
Take full accountability for all assigned data management deliverables while keeping projects strictly on schedule.
Provide clear instructions and mentorship to junior data management team members while reviewing their ongoing work.
Partner directly with sponsors to understand their unique needs and seamlessly lead the implementation of their requirements.
Continuously evaluate and refine client specific processes to guarantee optimal efficiency and high quality outcomes.
Requirements
Solid hands on experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
A strong grasp of the complete clinical data lifecycle from study start up to database lock.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with external sponsors.
The ability to prioritize heavy workloads, manage competing deadlines, and lead junior team members with confidence.
