This role, Associate Billing Specialist, is a vital part of our finance and customer support ecosystem, ensuring smooth billing operations and exceptional service for our customers worldwide, all while you work remotely from Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Cloudbeds customers and internal teams regarding billing and subscription inquiries.
- Efficiently manage and resolve billing related tickets through both email and phone communication channels.
- Conduct professional exit interviews for customer cancellations, primarily via phone.
- Collaborate effectively across various internal departments to identify and resolve subscription related product bugs and underlying issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and billing resolutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a billing, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this global role. Proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Comfortable working with various software tools and CRM systems.
