Key Responsibilities

Provide top tier support to our valued hotelier customers and internal teams regarding all billing and subscription questions.
Handle incoming billing tickets efficiently through email and phone channels.
Conduct professional exit interviews over the phone for customer cancellations to gather insights and offer solutions.
Collaborate closely with various departments to track down, identify, and resolve product bugs tied to subscriptions.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer service, billing support, or a related administrative role.
Comfortable managing phone conversations and email tickets in a fast paced setting.
A reliable home internet setup and the self motivation to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
