About the Role
As an Assistant Well Test Operator, you will play a crucial support role in executing surface well testing, early production facilities (EPF), and wellhead maintenance operations. You will collaborate closely with senior operators and engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and precise data collection and equipment handling across both onshore and offshore environments. Key Requirements
To be considered for this exciting position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Relevant academic qualifications, including an HND, B.Sc., or equivalent where applicable.
- Demonstrated relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
- A sound, uncompromising understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and safe work practices.
- Valid offshore certifications (such as BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, HUET) and other role-specific certifications will serve as a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Physical and mental adaptability to thrive in both onshore and offshore operational environments.
- Previous experience working with upstream oil and gas servicing companies or engineering service providers is preferred.
