You will work closely with our frontline operations and GRC teams to keep everything running smoothly while shaping the future of our quality frameworks.

Overview

In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance and proofing functions. Your main mission is to execute daily QA tasks, validate reconciliation submissions, track escalations, and spot process gaps before they turn into bigger issues. You will help maintain strict control frameworks across all group operations, ensuring we always meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review monthly reconciliation proofing and conduct aging validations across UAE and international banking operations.
Perform targeted QA sampling to maintain high standards of accuracy and process adherence.
Track adherence to closure timelines like T+3 and maintain dynamic performance dashboards.
Monitor key performance indicators and watch for early warning triggers regarding high-risk or aging items.
Partner with first-line operations and GRC teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, financial reconciliation, or operational risk control.
Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for data gaps and process bottlenecks.
Familiarity with performance metrics, dashboards, and key risk indicators.
Exceptional communication skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
