Overview

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our distinguished DevSecOps Center of Excellence (CoE). In this vital role, you will significantly contribute to the evolution of critical enterprise platforms, which are fundamentally built upon OpenShift and Kubernetes. This is a fully remote opportunity, welcoming talent from around the globe. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex integration architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security for critical platforms.
Drive the adoption and maturation of DevSecOps principles and practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Architect solutions leveraging OpenShift and Kubernetes environments, optimizing for containerization, orchestration, and microservices.
Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to embed automation and reliability into all platform components.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance our platform capabilities and overall architecture.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements within integration solutions.
Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Contribute to defining architectural standards, guidelines, and patterns within the DevSecOps CoE.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as an Integration Architect or in a similar senior architectural role.
Deep expertise with DevSecOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and security integration.
Extensive practical experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms is essential.
Solid understanding of cloud native architectures, distributed systems, and microservices patterns.
Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs and integration patterns, such as message queues, event streams, and service meshes.
Strong background in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is highly desirable, given our global operations.
