We are looking for an Area Schedule Lead to take charge of our leased data center portfolio. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. You will act as the go-to expert for all things scheduling, helping us move fast without breaking things while keeping massive construction projects right on track. Speed to market drives everything we do here, and you will partner closely with our delivery teams to spot roadblocks early, forecast risks, and keep commercial accountability front and center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end schedule coordination and regular updates while collaborating directly with risk management teams.
Identify, document, and communicate schedule variances, ensuring root causes are thoroughly understood and shared with cross-functional partners.
Drive effective and expedient schedule change management across a diverse portfolio of strategic data center builds.
Partner with site project management, pre-construction, finance, accounting, sourcing, and operations engineering to maintain seamless alignment.
Generate robust schedule health reports and manage escalations before minor delays turn into major hurdles.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in schedule management, project controls, or critical infrastructure construction.
Deep expertise in scheduling software and methodologies within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical data clearly to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and variance analysis.
