As our new Area Medical Director for Oncology, you will act as the principal clinical voice across your assigned geography. You will not just follow a rigid playbook here. Instead, you get to shape the regional strategy, collaborate closely with community oncologists, and help drive the adoption of life changing testing portfolios like Signatera and Altera. This is a fully remote position that welcomes applicants from anywhere in the world, requiring about 50 percent travel to meet face to face with key medical leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Drive meaningful peer to peer clinical discussions with key opinion leaders and community oncologists within your region.
Translate broad corporate goals into actionable, localized field strategies without needing a rigid instruction manual.
Partner with cross functional internal teams to align medical affairs with commercial execution.
Gather vital clinical intelligence from the field to feed back into our research and development pipelines.

Requirements

An active medical degree with board certification in oncology, pathology, or a closely related medical specialty.
Demonstrated experience in clinical practice, medical affairs, or industry leadership within the oncology space.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build authentic relationships with busy medical professionals.
A self starter attitude and the comfort to operate with high autonomy in a fast paced environment.
