The Opportunity: Architect
As an Architect at Swift Consulting, you will be a pivotal figure in our project delivery, overseeing the full lifecycle of architectural initiatives. This role demands a blend of creative vision, meticulous management, and strong leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee architectural projects from initial concept development through to successful completion, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality outcome.
- Team Management: Effectively manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously review and approve architectural drawings and plans, upholding the highest standards of design integrity and technical accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary liaison with clients, contractors, and relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project execution.
- Performance & Compliance: Guarantee that all projects consistently meet stringent quality standards, adhere to specified timelines, and operate within allocated budgets.
- Mentorship & Growth: Provide inspiring leadership and invaluable mentorship to junior architects, nurturing their professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a highly skilled and dedicated professional who embodies our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is essential, with a Master’s degree being a significant advantage.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and comprehensive project management.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional coordination, and proven team supervision skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in industry-standard architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid and comprehensive understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

- Location: Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
