Overview
At My VA Support, Inc., we're excited to find a talented Architect to become a vital part of our fully remote team. This role is specifically tailored for professionals based in Latin America who are fluent in both Spanish and English. You'll engage with challenging architectural projects, bringing innovative designs and meticulous project management to life. This position operates under an International Service Provision contract, offering a distinct and flexible working arrangement where the hiring company will not assume payment for social security or taxes. You will contribute to a range of projects from the comfort of your home office, working alongside a diverse group of professionals dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Utilize your strong expertise in architectural design and project management to consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate closely with clients and our internal teams to fully grasp project requirements and develop innovative, practical architectural solutions.
- Create and compellingly present architectural designs, leveraging industry-standard programs such as Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.
- Oversee and coordinate various project aspects, including tasks related to audit, refurbishment, carpentry, comprehensive management reporting, reconciliations, urban regeneration initiatives, and advanced 3D modeling.
- Enhance visual presentations and project communications by skillfully applying Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ensure all architectural designs strictly comply with local regulations and uphold the highest industry standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Must be based in Latin America and possess full professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated proficiency with key architectural software, including Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.
- Strong capabilities in visual presentation tools, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex projects, encompassing aspects like audit, refurbishment, carpentry, management reporting, reconciliations, urban regeneration, and 3D modeling.
- A deep understanding of local regulations and industry standards pertinent to architectural design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
