This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Canada, with a preference for Vancouver and the West Coast. You will step into an empty playbook and build their entire outbound sales motion from scratch. Overview

Aragon launched in 2022 as an innovative AI photo and video platform. They are currently building out their Canadian go to market engine through an employer of record framework. As the inaugural outbound sales hire, you will report directly to the Head of Sales based in Vancouver and target enterprise business customers throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the direct outbound sales motion by prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision makers across North America.
Own the outbound pipeline function from zero, testing new messaging, sequences, and channels to see what converts.
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine targeting strategies for the AI photo and video platform.
Manage inbound and outbound leads meticulously within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

You must possess existing legal work authorization for Canada since visa sponsorship is unavailable. Candidates should bring a strong hunger for tech sales, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience needed to succeed in a fast paced pre seed environment. Living in Canada is mandatory, and being located in Vancouver or the West Coast is preferred.

What You'll Gain

You will earn a base salary between 60,000 and 70,000 CAD with an on target earnings potential reaching 80,000 to 100,000 CAD, alongside competitive equity. Success in this foundational role creates a fast and direct promotion path into an Account Executive position.
