This unique contract position as an Arabic Language Expert – QA Specialist is designed for someone who can quickly dive in and meticulously evaluate customer experience calls. It is a fully remote role, meaning you can contribute from anywhere across the globe. We anticipate this project will take approximately 1 to 2 hours in total, compensated at a rate of $16 to $18 per hour, offering a focused and impactful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Completing 10 test calls alongside a Customer Experience (CX) agent, diligently following provided prompts and scenarios.
Conducting 10 comprehensive QA reviews of recorded calls, carefully assessing each interaction for accuracy, appropriate tone, clarity, and overall naturalness of conversation.
Providing clear, actionable written feedback specifically addressing conversation flow and enhancing the overall user experience.
Working autonomously to ensure all evaluations and feedback meet our high-quality standards.

Requirements

To excel in this essential role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

You must be a native Arabic speaker, possessing an innate understanding of the language's nuances.
Previous data annotation experience is a must, demonstrating your familiarity with evaluating and categorizing linguistic data.
The ability to reliably place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number is essential for conducting test calls.
You can make clear phone calls with good audio quality, ensuring effective communication during evaluations.
You are available to start immediately, ready to jump into this project without delay.
